His extensive journey through the ranks of professional basketball has endowed him with unparalleled expertise in coaching, mentorship, and player development.

Jess Racz is a sports performance specialist and Director of Performance under Alex Mclean & HardWorkTalks. She specializes in basketball performance and has trained athletes from all levels of the game, including NBA/WNBA, NCAA Div I, II, and III, and the next generation of up and coming talent. She is highly regarded for her expertise in helping athletes unleash their athleticism, movement efficiency, and confidence on and off the court while mitigating risk of injury.
